Insurance, HSA & FSA
Spa CALM does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
A detailed treatment receipt is available upon request for clients to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
When massage therapy is deemed medically necessary, services at spa CALM may also qualify for insurance, HSA, or FSA reimbursement, depending on individual plan guidelines.
Insurance, HSA, FSA eligibility, and reimbursement are determined solely by your benefits provider.
